This project seeks to construct a new 5,150 SF warehouse addition, renovate approximately 20,000 SF of existing warehouse, and renovate approximately 8,150 SF of administrative offices to accommodate F-35 supply system requirements to include Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) functions. The facility will receive upgrades to the existing lighting, HVAC, glazing, exterior EFIS, fire detection/suppression, security systems, as well as other facility components. Typical work includes, but is not limited to minor demolition; site utilities/grading/paving; new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems; and upgrading the facilities architectural finishes. All work will be in accordance with design requirements, specifications, and drawings provided within the master specifications.
