Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Madison School and Community Recreation Department (MSCR) provides recreational activities to the Madison area serving more than 100,000 individuals a year. The purpose of the new MSCR space is to provide community recreation programming for all ages and ability levels in the Madison area. MSCR will have between 12-15 full time staff with full time office space onsite as well as seasonal employees that will lead programs for community members. This design build project will consist of a new tenant buildout of a 30,000 sqft. space which will include an art room, pottery room, dance studios, and multi-use gym spaces located at 7333 West Towne Way in Madison.
