Sealed proposals will be received and publicly opened via GoTo at: County Public Works, 825 Third St, SB, CA 92415 in the Contracts Division. Bidders shall complete and attach a fully executed proposal upon submitting their bid. BALDWIN LANE SIDEWALK PROJECT From 400' west of Maple Lane to Creekside Lane LENGTH: 0.55 MILES W.O.: H15029 AREA: Big Bear Lake ROAD NO.: Baldwin Lane 151100-010 The work, in general, consists of removing existing traffic stripe, concrete, asphalt concrete, cold planning, grading, placing asphalt concrete, constructing concrete curb, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, ADA curb ramps and asphalt dike; milling and overlaying hot mix asphalt; adjusting frame and cover to grade; reset road signs, painting traffic stripes and pavement markings. and doing other work appurtenant thereto. This project requires a Class A or C12 contractor's license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board. The Contractor must maintain this license from contract award through contract acceptance. All contractors, including any out-of-state contractors/subcontractors, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of California at the time of bid and award.
