Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Big Bear City, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct a nature/pedestrian trial with trees, native landscaping, and a bridge over Division Creek that provides the public a safe route for enjoying the marsh and viewing wildlife. The project is included in the City of Big Bear Lake's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of July 7, 2022, this project is scheduled for FY 2024/2025. The owner states that they are in the surveying state and a design team has not been selected yet. The owner states that they expect to have a survey completed by the end of July 2022 and will be looking into getting a design firm after that phase is completed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
