The Big Bear Airport District (District) wishes to retain the professional services of up to two qualified airport consulting firms over a five-year period to assist the District in the performance of the following Architectural/ Engineering airfield development projects in support of Big Bear Airport (L35): o Runway 8-26 Rehabilitation; Fog Seal/ Remarking; o AWOS Replacement; o Runway 26 Approach Obstruction Removal; o Taxiway A design and Rehabilitation; o Acquire Equipment: Snow Removal Equipment; o Terminal apron design and Rehabilitation; o Security Equipment- Perimeter Gates; o Acquire Equipment: Sweeper Please be advised Big Bear's last DBE resulted in a 4.1%, race-neutral goal.
