1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Sealing, Silicone Coating, Repair, Removal and Replacement Services as described herein: 2. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to apply 7,200 square feet (sq. ft.) of commercial silicone coating, remove and install new 200 sq. ft. roof system, and replace one (1) electric upblast roof exhaust fan. 3.
