Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hayden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

**Only 1 general contractor showed up for the mandatory pre-bid meeting, thus the reason why we only have one bidding GC listed for this project** The work of this project consists of the construction of a new rental car quick turn-around facility of approximately 4,500 square feet to support the rental car agencies at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN). The building will be sited adjacent to the existing fuel farm location along the Piper Lane access road. The building will include three vehicle bays, each divided into three vehicle stations for preparation, washing and drying of vehicles for rental customers. An additional support bay will provide secure storage, utility closets, and shared restroom and breakroom spaces for the rental agency employees. The building is constructed of concrete foundation, concrete slab, a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure, metal roofing and siding, thermal insulation, interior fit and finishes, other structural systems, mechanical and ventilation systems, plumbing systems, electrical and lighting systems, technology systems, and other items for a complete and working facility. Site project work includes clearing, grubbing, grading, storm drainage, vehicle pavements, utilities, site lighting, communications, signage and other items for a complete and working site facility. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. A. General: Contractor shall have full use of Project site for construction operations during construction period. Contractor's use of Project site is limited only by Owners right to perform work or to retain other contractors on portions of Project. B. Use of Site: Limit use of Project site to areas within the Contract limits indicated. Do not disturb portions of Project site beyond areas in which the Work is indicated. A. Work Restrictions, General: Comply with restrictions on construction operations. 1. Comply with limitations on use of public streets and with other requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. B. Existing Utility Interruptions: Do not interrupt utilities serving facilities occupied by Owner or others unless permitted under the following conditions and then only after providing temporary utility services according to requirements indicated: 1. Notify Architect and Owner not less than three days in advance of proposed utility interruptions. C. Controlled Substances: Use of tobacco products and other controlled substances on Project site is not permitted. D. Employee Identification: Provide identification for Contractor personnel working on Project site. Require personnel to use identification at all times.
