Renton School District No. 403 Request for Statements of Qualification for Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consulting Services April 5, 2022 Renton School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consulting Services, including but not limited to: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical, Acoustical, Civil Engineering and Land Surveyors; for planning, design, and construction support of one or more projects to be funded by the 2019 Capital Improvement Bond and / or the 2022 Capital Levy. The Capital Planning and Construction office is requesting these SOQ's as part of an annual update of our consultant roster for major and minor capital projects. If you have submitted an SOQ to the Renton School District during the previous 10 years, then do not feel obligated to submit a new SOQ unless you would like to provide updates. The Renton School District will be considering all consultants who have submitted SOQ's in the past ten years or are submitting a new SOQ at this time, as part of our active consultant roster. Additional information regarding upcoming capital projects is available on the Capital Planning and Construction page of the Renton School District's website.Please provide the following information with your SOQ: 1. Letter of interest including a statement identifying which type(s) of professional services your firm can provide. 2. A list of current relevant projects including a list of K-12 projects (if any) completed in the last five (5) years. 3. Resumes of key personnel that will be available and three (3) references for each. 4. Information regarding the firm's capabilities, staff, and approach.
