The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to create a new exterior entrance in the NE corner of room 123. This will include cutting a new opening in the existing CMU/Brick exterior wall. Creating a raised concrete slab on the exterior with concrete steps and an ADA ramp for access to the ground level. Room 123 will require additional demo of existing electrical and plumbing, paint entire room and offices, install new walk door at existing window location and install an interior overhead door as shown on the attached plans.
