Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to reconstruct Third Street from Walnut Avenue to Oklahoma Avenue. The work includes the replacement of over 540 linear feet of existing 4 inch water line with new 6 inch water line. Additionally, the work includes the replacement of over 600 linear feet of storm sewer pipe ranging in size from 12 inch diameter up to 42 inch diameter pipe using primarily corrugated polypropylene pipe. There are several new storm sewer manholes and junction boxes included in the project as well. The street is a 40 foot wide paving section of deteriorated brick and concrete pavement to be replaced with all new concrete pavement. The street reconstruction work includes 2,716 square yards of 7 inch dowel jointed concrete pavement, 2,850 square yards of 8 inch Type A Aggregate base and the associated curb and gutter, driveways and sidewalks A cashier's check, a certified check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
