COOKSHACK EXPANSION PROJECT 2405 SYKES BOULEVARD Ponca City, Oklahoma Bids shall be made in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other bidding documents which are on file and available for examination at the offices of The Ponca City Development Authority. Plans will also be available for viewing at the Pioneer Tech Plan Room in Ponca City. If mailing of the documents is desired, an additional payment is required. The envelope containing the bid must be sealed and contain the words "BID", the name of the bid package, and the time and date of the bid opening on the face of the envelope. The Information for Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, Statutory, Performance and Maintenance Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of the Ponca City Development Authority, Ponca City, Oklahoma. The successful bidder shall submit Certification of Insurance for Public Liability and Workers Compensation in the amounts prescribed by Statute, or as dictated within the project specifications, with the Ponca City Development Authority named as additional insured. Bids filed as provided herein shall be publicly opened at the above-mentioned time, date and place. All bids shall remain on file at least sixty (60) days thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. This will be a public bid opening with bid bonds required for all Bid Packages in excess of $ 50,000.00. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The Project will consist of a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition, with all associated site work, utility extensions and fire suppression in an existing building with approximately 30,000 square feet of shop and 4,000 square feet of office. The completed project will contain 44,000 square feet of warehouse/industrial space and a 4,000 square foot office. Project delivery method is to be Construction Manager at Risk. Project bids will be received, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price will be determined in late March of 2022. Start of construction is scheduled to begin in mid-April of 2022 and project completion is scheduled in the fall of 2022
