Renovation of an educational facility in Mesquite, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Achziger Elementary School 3300 Ridge Ranch Rd, Mesquite, TX 75181 a) Assembly and installation of Walk-In Cooler/Freezer based on scope of work and specs from Attachment A sections A-1. b) Remove old walk-in, deliver, uncrate, and fully erect walk-in panels per approved drawings and manufacture's specifications. c) Installation of refrigeration, membrane roof, and electrical. d) Concrete foundation to be prepared prior to installation. e) Other possible requirements: freight costs, bonding requirements, crane rental costs, all permits and city required regulations.
