Remodeling of a municipal facility in Perris, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The proposed remodel project is for the most part entirely inside the existing structure. There will be NO roofing work. There will be a few exterior doors that will have to be removed and enclosed to match the existing exterior finish work. This project is funded by public City General funds. It is not A State or Federal funded project.This project will NOT have any parking lot or public sidewalk related work. Proposed bid to go to City Council for award on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at the earliest. There will be a mandatory pre-construction meeting established after the contract award. Project is estimated to take 150 days to complete the project.
