Said bid shall be marked, "Uni-Trade Stadium Metal Stud Walls Repairs FY22-ENG-21" The project consists of: Replacement and repairs to metal stud walls at Uni Trade Stadium Located at 6320 Sinatra Pkwy. Laredo, TX. 78041. Construction contract time for the project is (45) working days. Each bid and a bid guaranty in the form of a bidder's bond having a minimum Best's Rating A according to Best's Key Rating Guide Latest Edition from a surety duly authorized and licensed in the State of Texas, certified check, or cashier's check must be originals and must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Bidder. When submitted by mail, this envelope shall be placed in another envelope addressed as indicated in this Notice to Bidders and shall be marked as a bid for the project above referred.
