The Project is generally described as: Painting exterior TRIM, DOORS, PIPES, OVERHANGS AND POLES of buildings listed in project documents. This Work includes, but not limited to: a) Paint various exterior trim, doors, poles, overheads, and pipes as listed in specifica tions. b) This does not include painting of stucco walls of buildings. There is no known hazardous materials abatement involved. License Requirements: Contractor's License Required for This Work: Class C-33 Painting All Bidders Must Submit the Following Documents by the Bid Due Date and Time: Cupccaa Registration (Online Is Ok) Completed Subcontractor List (if Applicable) Bid Bond or Bid Security for 10% of the Bid Value Non-collusion Affidavit Painting Contract Financial Interest Certifi- Cation Bid Proposal Forms Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. The District Will Only Accept Bids From Bidders Who Are Currently on the Srcs's Approved Cupccaa Contractor List. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
