The City of Goleta Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide creek and watershed management services (watershed services) to the City. The City is seeking a watershed services contract for an initial term of (2) years. The award will be made to the most qualified firm based on experience, competence, resources, and other performance criteria, including the responsiveness to this Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the City's intention to hire a firm for watershed services.
