The contract consists of supplying the City with the Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) 12.5% Solution, Ferric Chloride (FeCI3) 40-42% Solution, Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) 20-25% Solution, Citric Acid 50% Solution, from July of 2022 until June of 2023. To Supply Service from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 Bids will be accepted on a bulk rate (i.e., $ per gallon) basis. Bulk rate shall include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges, travel charges and/or mobilization/demobilization charges. The bids shall be reviewed and selected based on the bulk rate and annual cost. No proposal will be accepted from a Supplier who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
