Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified firms to provide and install new Westgate (or approved equal) LFX- XL LED 3000K fixture heads with LFX-EXT Straight Arm mounts and new Westgate (or approved equal) LFX-XL LED 3000K fixture heads rooftop mounted with LFX-YK Yoke mounts at its Hemet facility. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract. The awarded firm shall have 30 days to complete the project from the Notice to Proceed. This is a public works project subject to California Prevailing Wage Laws which require: Only registered contractors/subcontractors may be included on bidders lists for public works projects; and Only registered contractors/subcontractors may be awarded a public works contract.
