Site work for a residential development in Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The construction of a new 22' x 15' concrete pad with surrounding 8' high vinyl dumpster enclosure. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. New concrete pad to be 22'x15'. 8' vinyl enclosure to be built surrounding the pad. Job will also include installation of bollards to protect new dumpster enclosure. See drawings for details and locations. **Existing granite slabs where work is to take place to be salvaged** 2. Materials -concrete pad with 12" sub base and 6" 6000psi 3. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 5. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: [All Concrete] must be free of any abnormalities, cracking and puddling for 1 year.]
