Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
In general, this project consists of general contractor services for removal and replacement of the influent gritt classifier, the primary sludge pump and skid, and primary scum pumps and skids. City shall provide the influent gritt classifier and primary sludge pump and skid. General contractor shall provide primary scum pumps and skids (V461 TRITON 3-6" Horizontal Screw Centrifugal Pumps or approved equal) in addition to all necessary materials, parts, components, supervision, administration, labor, tools, equipment, insurance, shipping, handing, delivery, fuel surcharges, and equipment fuels as needed to complete all the upgrades (removals and replacements) according to the details in the plans and specifications for this project. If necessary general contractor shall subcontract to licensed electrical contractor to ensure the electrical components, wiring, and breakers are the correct size and type. If necessary, general contractor shall subcontract to licensed electrical contractor for modification. General contractor shall include cost of any/all subcontractors in the bid amounts.
