Renovation of a municipal facility in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of three (3) doors and frames as well as installation is needed. Rework one (1) opening on 2nd floor door. All doors and frames are to be fire rated for 90 minutes. Dimensions are 36" wide x 84" high. (Doors will be oak). All doors to include: New hinges, closers, 4"x25" fire rated clear glass vision kits, kick plates and wall bumper. One (1) door to receive new Corbin Russwin panic device. Two (2) remaining doors to receive reused crash bars.
