Description: Construction of a turnpike facility consisting of 14,885 sf maintenance building, 7,215 sf bridge building, 7,850 sf salt building, 2,760 sf spreader hanger, fuel station, and associated sitework and utilities. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Site Construction, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Windows, Finishes, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Mechanical, Electrical. An interim completion date of October 27, 2023 is established for all contract work at the Newington location. If Add Alternate #2, demolition work at the existing Dover facility is accepted, the completion date for Add Alternate #2 is April 19, 2024.
