Renovation of a municipal facility in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Remove and Disposal of existing boilers, expansion tank, air and dirt separator, vent piping and any other components necessary to complete the boiler exchanges and modifying the hot water heater venting. Installation of 2-585,000 BTU's equal or greater floor model boilers with an 95% equal or greater High Efficiency in the original location. Replace and Install New Air and Dirt Separator. Install 2-Boiler Pumps. Install condensate neutralization packages. Low water cutoff safeties. Install venting and fresh air piping from boilers to the outside of building and modify the existing hot water heater vent for safe operation. Install a new expansion tank. Reconnect all water piping from new boiler to existing piping. Provide licensed electrician to reconnect high and low voltage wiring. Reconnect gas piping to the new boilers.
