Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of OCtober 12, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The work consists of the installation of Portland cement concrete sidewalk, including necessary, ADA compliant handicap ramps at specific locations and necessary grading, and right-of-way restoration and other associated work.
