As of March 2026, designs were approved in February 2026 and construction is expected to begin with site work in the second quarter of 2026. The project is expected to take place in two different phases. The first phase will consist of a 50,000-square-foot factory, with will be the first of seven planned manufacturing facilities. Phase one will also include the construction of a welcome center with 80 residential units and two mixed-use buildings. Also included will be locker rooms and stadium seats.
