The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations to furnish, deliver and install all material needed to construct a helicopter mount and tank foundation for the Veteran's Park. This bid shall include all material equipment, labor and/or services required to complete this project as set forth in these documents.
