The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations for the concrete flatwork for small miscellaneous projects specified herein for the City of Lebanon. The successful provider shall enter into an agreement in a form substantially similar to the City's Form of Agreement; such Agreement shall embody the requirements and terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids and the Bids as accepted by the City 1.1 The estimated quantities of rock delivered are approximately 3,000 tons of rock to various projects located within the City Limits of Lebanon from Willard's Quarry located at 24427 Route 66 Lebanon MO. These quantities are estimates only, the units of rock needed for delivery may be more or less than estimated amount. 1.2 The City of Lebanon will not request partial loads. 1.3 The supplier will be contacted only as needed. 1.4 Winning Supplier will be given the first opportunity to haul rock for the City of Lebanon. In event the # 1 Supplier is not available to meet the needs of the City of Lebanon, the # 2 Supplier will be given the opportunity. This succession will continue down until the last Supplier in line. The contacted Supplier will be paid their bid price. 1.5 If a Supplier is repeatedly unavailable, that Supplier may be taken off the list of Suppliers. 1.6 If the quality of work is not satisfactory to the City of Lebanon, the Supplier may be taken off the list of Suppliers. 1.7 The bidder shall provide all deliverables to the sole satisfaction of the City of Lebanon 1.8 The City of Lebanon does not guarantee that any materials will be ordered. 1.9 Unless otherwise specified herein, the bidder shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the deliverables required herein.
