SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall repair and/or tuckpoint all block/brick masonry as necessary, remove/replace damaged or spalling brick (roughly 50), remove caulking between dissimilar materials and window units (4,200 lineal feet) and replace with approved sealant, repair metal caps/flashings as needed and seal the entire masonry wall areas with two coats of masonry sealer All questions for this bid should be submitted via email to bkench@mt-pleasant.org no later than April 12, 2022, prior to 1:30 p.m. Responses to all questions will be posted on the Citys website on the Bids and Quotes page. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Mt.
