Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in New Bremen, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Project comprises a 54' x 190' post frame building system structure to be utilized for bus and maintenance equipment storage. Building includes a restroom. Maintenance storage area shall be insulated, all bus parking is cold storage. Site scope shall include, but not limited to, rough grading, concrete aprons, bollards, gravel pavement, and underground utilities. Plumbing Work: The base project includes water, sanitary, and vent systems for the restroom and a service sink, floor drains, and an oil intercepter. The alternate is for five additional trench drains and the associated waste and vent piping. HVAC Work: The project consists of electric unit heaters and exhaust fans in the maintenance storage area and restroom and one air intake louver as shown on the drawings. Electrical Work: The project includes selective demolition of electrical site equipment and devices. In addition, this project will include a new 100A subpanel, receptacles, interior/exterior lighting, technology site conduit and connections to mechanical/plumbing equipment and related work. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on a blank form furnished by the Architect, in a sealed envelope. Mark plainly on the outside of the envelope, the project you are bidding on. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law.
