Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within Section A 120 consecutive calendar days, Section B 120 consecutive calendar days, Section C 120 consecutive calendar days and Section D 120 consecutive calendar days . Bidder further agrees to pay $1000.00 as liquidated damages for each consecutive calendar day thereafter completion date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
