St. Francis Indian School is requesting proposals for the demolition of four (4) buildings located on the SFIS campus in St. Francis, S.D. until April 22, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Crazy Horse Administration Building. All businesses who wish to submit a proposal must visit the site in person to view work to be performed or your proposal will not be accepted. Total demolition of four buildings. 2. Disposal of all debris at contractors expense and must make all arrangements for disposal. 3. Contractor must call the 811 before work starts. 4. Arrange for the water and electrical to be turned off so as no other buildings experience a loss of service. 5. Trees must be cut down, stumped at 2 below current grade and removed from the site at contractor expense. 6. A perimeter 6 tall chain link fence must be installed to provide for campus and building security during demolition and during future construction at contractor expense. 7. All buildings with below grade foundations or basements must be properly brought back up to grade to allow for future construction. 8. All contractors wishing to be considered for Indian preference must state clearly in their quote Indian Preference. 9. All water and sewer lines must be capped off to allow for future construction if needed. 10. An as-built drawing will be required showing termination of all electrical, telephone, sewer and water lines locations. 11. Relocate (2) 2000 gallon above ground fuel tanks and remove and reconnect (1) 500-gallon propane tank and remove (1) 500-gallon and (1) 1000-gallon propane tank. 12. Mobilization costs must be included in proposal and must be requested in advance if it is needed. Davis-Bacon Laws applies. Davis Bacon Wage scale will be required or TECRO wage scale if TECRO requires. 13. Contractor must read and understand the asbestos report and pay for and make all arrangements for disposal of any asbestos found with a certified landfill. 14. Proposal must state payment schedule and allow 7 work days for payment process. 15. Bring to weather the remaining portion of the bus garage to allow for continued operation. 16.
