Performance and statutory labor andmaterial payment bonds will notbe required at the signing of theContract. All bidders shall have general liability insurance of no less than$1,000,000.00 and a currentbusiness license. The project shall be bid excluding taxes. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closingfor receipt of bids for a periodof thirty (30) days. The Ownerreserves the right to reject anyor all proposals and to waivetechnical errors if, in the Ownersjudgment, the best interests ofthe Owner will thereby be promoted.
