Site work and paving for a civil project in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The proposal must cover all labor, equipment, materials and all other costs incidental to the work and construction of: 1. 5,200 square yards of milling 2. 13,000 square yard of 2"-12.5 mm paving material 3. 400-ton 9.5 mm leveling course 4. 3,000 lineal feet of double yellow center line striping 5. 840 lineal feet of cold 6" Geo-Thermal crosswalks 6. 171 lineal feet of cold 24" GeoThermal stop bars 7. Sealant at all curbs and utility caps and tie in of all pavement joints. ContractDocuments, including drawings, and specifications for the work done are available at the public works office located at 400 S. 8th Street, Room 220, Lebanon, PA 17042. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Lebanon, Negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to fifteen percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Attention is called to the fact that there is a requirement for minimum salaries and wages to be paid on this project, and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but the City of Lebanon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted. All proposals shall be sealed and addressed as follows: SECTION 3 PROJECT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THIS IS A SECTION 3 PROJECT OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1968, AND MUST, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT FEASIBLE, UTILIZE PROJECT AREA BUSINESSES LOCATED IN OR OWNED IN SUBSTANTIAL PART BY PROJECT RESIDENTS. Bids may be held by the City of 'Lebanon for a period of ninety days (60) from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidder, prior to the awarding of the Contract. Contractor will have 120 days from the date of the notice to proceed to complete the work.
