Renovation of a water / sewer project in Killingly, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
*** As per David Capacchione, this project received no bids but will be resolicited sometime in the future. The timeline for the resolicitation is currently unknown. (As of 04/20/2022) Remove, dispose and replace the existing HVAC system for the Town of Killingly Water Pollution Control Authority Administration Building. Sixty (60) Calendar days will be allowed for completion of the work on the WPCA Building Improvement Project, and the liquidated damages charge to apply will be ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (SI00.00) per calendar day. The project is for upgrades to the existing HVAC system in the administration building. The project includes removal and disposal ofthe existing system and all associated work. The project also includes installation ofthe new HVAC system. All work will be complete and in place. All system equipment devices and components shall be provided, installed and functioning properly. All pricing must include everything required to complete the entire project as shown on the plans.
