# of Firms to Select 1 The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking) and Title Research, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis/Design as needed, and Construction Phase Services. Tree Clearing is also anticipated on these projects. Additional services may also be required such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT perform any Land Acquisition Services that might be required. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
