The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and rank potential providers and Installers of Acoustic Wall Panels in Main Hall & Renovations in 2 Meeting rooms at the Lacombe Memorial Centre. This request for Proposal (RFP) is focused on supplying and installing 40 Acoustic wall panels on 3 sides of the Centennial Hall walls. The Lacombe Memorial Centre is located at 5214 - 50th Avenue, Lacombe, Alberta. The facility consists of a modern unique elegant banquet hall, county rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a board room, Fireplace lounge, with Coffee bar and it also hosts the Library and the FCSS offices for the City. The City of Lacombe is seeking proposals from qualified Suppliers and contractors to install Sound Absorption baffles on the walls in Centennial Hall. Centennial Hall- 40 - 48" x 48" x 3" Fibreglass core of minimum 6lbs/cubic ft density Resin hardened square edges Guilford of Main Anchorage fabric No wood products in frame or MDF edges materials Community & Kinsmen rooms- Remove & disposal of existing light fixtures Install main wall mouldings on walls Install main ceiling beams Install4" cross tee to make 2' x 4' ceiling tile grid Installation of 24 new 2' x 4' LED lights in ceiling Move 3 square and 6 round diffusers down into ceiling Supply new white diffusers for ceiling Install CGC Radar High CAC/NRC 22541 3/4 " 2 x 4 SQ panels NRC rating of (0.7) Supply materials for job listed Remove 30 existing upright Sprinkler heads and replace with 30 new Pendant Sprinkler heads to suit ceiling layout
