Winona State University - Watkins 109 Remodel 1. Demolish existing ceiling 2. Remove and dispose of unused owner equipment as confirmed by Owner. 3. Demolish unused shelving, racks and partitions as confirmed with Owner. 4. Demolish unused wiring, cabling, and conduits back to sources. 5. Demolish unused power distribution components including busway on two walls and associated movable breakers. 6. Demolish existing large exhaust hood and its associated components and supports; cap existing exhaust duct or rebalance existing fan for reuse with modified ventilation system. 7. Patch holes, repair damage and blemishes on existing walls. 8. Paint walls, door frames, and existing overhead door. 9. As an alternate repair and paint exposed ceiling. 10. Install existing S-2 heating and ventilation system and associated controls to match capacity as closely to calculated loads as possible; install new ductwork for enhanced supply air distribution throughout the classroom space. 11. Provide new control valves for existing perimeter fin-tube heating elements. 12. Provide new space lighting utilizing existing switching, or with modifications to switching as needed (no new automated lighting control system) 13. Revise existing compressed air distribution piping to meet needs as determined in conjunction with Owner during design;
