Site work and paving for a civil project in Fruit Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Custom BT SECTION 1 (Areas A-D) Skyview Excavation & Grading, Inc. 793,843 SECTION 2 (AREAS E-H) Skyview Excavation & Grading, Inc. 769,062 he Project consists of replacing the existing asbestos cement (AC) water main with new C-900 PVC. This includes saw cutting the existing asphalt, laying the new water main, running new poly water services with tracer wire, removing existing meter boxes, supplying new yoke and meter box with lid, backfilling trenches, patching back the asphalt in the roadway, concrete replacement, and any landscape restoration. The AC water main will be capped and abandoned in place after the new main is brought into service. Bid will be received for possible multiple contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
