Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fruit Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of a water line extension, new PRV vault and appurtenances, earthwork and excavation for roadway construction, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm drain improvements, new asphalt, and striping. This site is generally located from 1800 East to View Court in Fruit Heights, UT. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $1,678,900. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Zac Burk, zacb@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on February 8. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
