Remodeling of a municipal facility in Fruit Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The project consists of demolition and removal of the existing City Hall entrance and concrete flatwork up to the existing building, and construction of a new ADA ramp with a brick vestibule and storefront doors enclosure at 910 South Mountain Road, Fruit Heights. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid, and make awards in the best interests of the owner. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Seth Stanton, seths@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on December 12, 2025.
