Notice is hereby given that the butte-glenn community college district (district), acting by and through its board of trustees, will receive sealed bid proposals for the contract for the work generally described as restroom renovation project located on the district's butte college campus located at 3536 butte campus drive, Oroville, California 95965. The district is soliciting bids under a design-bid-build low bid procurement method. This project in general shall consist of interior renovations to the district's mechanized agriculture, horticulture and facilities planning and management buildings men's and women's restrooms, and business education building men's restroom. Scope of work will include, but not be limited to, interior demolition; limited framing; plumbing and electrical rough-in, finish and fixtures; toilet partitions; gypsum wallboard installation and repair; painting; tile walls, tile and epoxy flooring; and installation of district and contractor furnished restroom accessories in accordance with the project design specifications, drawings, other related documents and mandatory job-walk and pre-bid meeting. The district has established an estimated project budget of $620,000 for completing the "turnkey" construction of the project. The start date for the project July 1, 2022 and the scheduled completion date is January 13, 2023. Bidders may submit pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests. Bidders are solely and exclusively responsible for submitting such inquiries or clarification requests by the date listed herein.
