Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Pulaski, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Buildings included in Scope: - Eubank Elementary School - Nancy Elementary School - Oak Hill Elementary School - Shopville Elementary School The following trades shall be provided by general trades contractor: 1. General Trades Other Trades: The following trades will be a subcontractor direct to CMTA and the general trades contractor shall exclude these trades from the scope of work: 1. Sheet Metal 2. Piping - Hydronic & Plumbing 3. Insulation 4. Temperature Controls 5. Electrical 6. HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing This project consists of various mechanical HVAC upgrades for Pulaski County Schools. This project is a performance contract, so the scope is funded from energy and operational savings. The successful contractor(s) will be a subcontractor to CMTA.
