Interior remodeling of an existing 2,995 square feet Classroom facility. Work includes miscellaneous interior demolition of gypsum board partitions, ceilings, and demolition of mechanical, electrical and plumbing items. New construction includes creating two Classrooms and ancillary spaces. Construction of Toilets, Storage and a Lactation Rooms including, new hollow metal frames, wood doors and hardware. Work includes floor, ceiling and wall finishes. Installation of an all new ductwork, extensive plumbing work and electrical work.
