Renovation of an educational facility in Warrensburg, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Any and all communication from bidders regarding specifications, requirements, competitive procurement process, etc., must be directed to the buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section. Communication made with parties outside of Procurement may result in your solicitation response being disqualified; The last time/date to submit questions is 10:00AM CT on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Email or fax questions to the Buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section; The project shall begin after the issuance of the notice to proceed & purchase order and no earlier than May 1, 2022; Liquidated damages shall begin Tuesday, August 2, 2022 as stated in the General Contractual Requirements, retainage at 10%; Expected announcement of award is during the month of April 2022. This requirement may require UCM Board of Governors approval, which may delay the award announcement;
