Description of Work: The proposed work is officially known as Section 22-00000-00-GM The Group IV work includes BIT MATLS C&S CT 6839 GALLONS, SEAL COAT AGG 244 TONS, SPRAY PATCHING 200 YDS on various streets throughout the Village. A proposal guarantee by bank cashier's check, certified check or proposal bid bond in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation adopted April 1, 2016, will be required. A surety bond for the full amount of the award will be required. The "prevailing rate of wages" as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall apply to this project. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities ILDOT - The Group IV - Various Streets - 22-00000-00-GM
