In general, the work consists of the construction of playground site improvements with approximately the following quantities for the Base Bid: 60 SY Remove and Replace Bituminous Pavement 240 CY Common Excavation 60 TN Aggregate Base, Class 5 and Select Granular Borrow 260 LF Concrete Playground Curb 369 SF Concrete Walk/Ramp and Bench/Picnic Table Pad 80 CY Loam Topsoil 370 SY Erosion Control Compost Blanket Blown with Seed 400 LF Silt Fence - Machine Sliced Alternate No. 1: Remove and Replace Retaining Wall in general includes: 1 EA Remove 30" Ash Tree 460 SF Remove Retaining Wall and Install Prefabricated Modular Block Wall (Wet Cast) Alternate No. 2: Remove and Replace Concrete Walk (800 SF) surrounding Park Shelter.
