A certified check, cashier's check or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10% of the bid drawn in favor of the Groton Township Trustees. If the Contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is one hundred per cent (100%) payment and performance bond. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of bid opening. Where there is reason to believe that collusion exists among bidders, the bids of those involved will be rejected.
