Memorial Union-Roof Replacement The project consists of, but is not limited to, full replacement of roof sections D, F, H, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T and U. Iowa Construction Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be provided on this project. Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of opening.
