The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Delta Center desires to increase the HVAC air flow in Room E-17 (Education Building, COMET) and Room R-3 (Recreation Building, Night Watch). Scope of Work 1. Room E-17, COMET (Education Building): Add new diffuser, register, volume dampers, ductwork as indicated on attached markup Education. Rebalance to new airflows, see Schedules to increase motor speed to achieve 1350 cfm after balance. 2. Room R-3, Night Watch (Recreation Building): Add new diffuser, register, volume dampers, ductwork as indicated on attached markup Recreation Option 1. Rebalance to new airflows, see Schedules to increase motor speed to achieve 1400 cfm after air balance. 3. Testing, Adjusting and Balancing. Verify that the HVAC system is functioning properly by testing, adjusting and balancing. 4. Clean-up: During installation, keep all work surfaces clean and free of grit, dirt, or debris. Following installation, remove all excess materials and spoils from job site. Ensure that any damage that occurs as a result of installation is appropriately and immediately repaired. 5. Labor, Parts and Material: Contractor shall provide all skilled trade labor, tools, materials, equipment, coordination and supervision, services, and travel necessary to perform the work. 6. Warranty: Minimum one (1) year contractors workmanship warranty. All warranties to be provided in writing, two (2) copies. 7. Add Alternate 1: Provide two (2) supply diffusers in Room R-3, Night Watch (Recreation Building), see Recreation Option 2. Provide total cost of additional work only.
