Removal and replacement of existing epoxy floor as required for the installation of a new epoxy floor. Additional options for floor refurbishment and alternative materials are included on the Bid Form for interested bidders. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, which may be a certified check or cashier's check, or a bid bond of 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to Giles County School Board. It is highly recommended that contractors wishing to submit bids for the work visit the site prior to submission. Contractors shall check in with the school offices located at 1825 Wenonah Avenue, Pearisburg, VA 24134 and 1 Green Wave Lane, Narrows, VA 24124. Bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days from the date on which bids are opened.
